WP’s state of the art and planning sessions – Per each scientific workpackage (WP1 to WP8) an ad hoc session will be organized.
Each session will be opened by a brief report from the WP leader, outlining activities carried out during the first year of the project, main goals achieved, deliverables produced and criticalities met (including deviations to original time schedule). Each report shall have the same structure used to prepare the written workpackage report (WPR). The WP leader may invite further speakers to illustrate specific aspects, deserving in-depth description.
The second part of each WP session will be devoted to planning the activities to be carried out - task per tasks- in the following period, corresponding to the second year of the project. A proposal will be presented by the WP leader and discussed at project level, pointing out the main critical tasks to be faced. The second year planning will be presented according to the common WP planning template circulated by the coordinator.
