WP’s state of the art sessions – Per each workpackage (WP1 to WP9) an ad hoc session will be organized. Each session will be opened by an introduction from the WP leader, outlining activities carried out, main goals achieved, deliverables produced and criticalities met (including deviations to original time schedule). The WP leader may invite further speakers to illustrate specific aspects. An open discussion phase will take place at the end of each WP session in order to identify the main critical tasks to be faced in the following period. These tasks will be discussed during the Working Group Meetings arranged on Friday 18th.

Drafting of Minutes per each work package Per each Work package session, the WP leader and the coordinator will identify a person in charge to complete the WP intervention made during the day with the results of the discussion phase (Portable PC will be available to this purpose). In so doing at the end of the day each technical block of the minutes will be ready. Aster will be in charge of collecting all contributions. |
